As part of our ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance practises, all products returned to Carmanah are controlled through a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
To ensure that your return is processed quickly and accurately, you must obtain an RMA number from Carmanah prior to returning your product(s). Depending on the return scenario, please follow the instructions below:

Returns After Evaluation
If you are returning merchandise under a pre-arranged evaluation period, be sure to contact us to receive your RMA number. Ensure the RMA number is noted visibly on the outside of all shipping boxes.
Once the merchandise has been received at our facilities, your return will be quickly processed and the purchase price (including taxes) will be refunded. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping expenses to Carmanah's facilities. For full refund, the merchandise returned must be in saleable condition

Returns Due to Product Failure
If you are returning a product to Carmanah that you believe has failed prior to the end of its warranty period, the first step is to establish that the product has indeed failed. Please refer to the troubleshooting section in the operating manual for your unit and exhaust all possibilities for incorrect operation.
If the product still fails to operate or is obviously damaged, please contact Carmanah to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning the unit. Ensure this RMA number is noted visibly on the outside of all shipping boxes. |
